The overall experience of using AAA Transport was very good. The folks were friendly and informative. There were two drawbacks to the process however. When I called to place my order, rather than handle by phone as I would have preferred, I was told to submit my order online. The second delay was in getting someone to let me know that the first carrier contracted had a mechanical problem and backed out of the service. AAA was working through the bids but did not tell and lead me to expect a pick up by a given date and it ended up being a week later as they worked through the process. All this was ok, just a communication to keep me up to date would have relieved me of my concerns. From initial bid to pickup was almost two weeks. However, the company came through after the carrier problems and the transport service itself was very efficient and honest people that made me feel comfortable with the experience.
